APPOINTMENTS

Please arrive at least five minutes prior to your appointment time to ensure you receive your full service.

We recommend scheduling your next appointment prior to leaving the salon so we can be sure to accommodate your wishes. 

CANCELLATIONS

In consideration of our other guests and our service providers, we require a 24 hour notice of any cancellation or there will be a service charge of %50.  

Missed appointments will incur a %100 charge of the reserved service amount

A credit card is required to secure all bridal appointments.

SERVICE PROVIDERS

Our pricing structure and team spirit offer our guests the opportunity to choose the service provider and price that best suits your needs and budget. 

Our team embraces an open chair policy to provide you with a range of talent and flexibility when scheduling an appointment. Our providers work as a team sharing a common vision, maintaining a high standard of excellence.

PAYMENT METHODS

We gladly accept Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and El Salon Gift Cards for all purchases. El Salon gift cards are not redeemable if lost or stolen. 

A $30.00 fee will be assessed for returned checks.

SERVICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY

Our consultation procedures are scheduled to allow you plenty of time to communicate your desires and expectations to our service providers.  All services are final and non-refundable.  If we did not meet your service expectations, we would be happy to offer you a complimentary service adjustment. The adjustment must be performed within seven days of the original service date. 

REFERRAL

We believe that a referral is the best compliment that you could give us. Ask us about our Referral Rewards program.

CLOTHING

We ask that you change into the provided gown and remove any clothing you wish to protect prior to the start of your salon services. 

El Salon is not responsible for damage to clothing or personal belongings caused during your service.
